  • With the selected AI processor. OpenAI or Anthropic processes image-analysis requests, and Replicate processes SVG-generation requests. Their handling of submitted data is also governed by their applicable service terms and privacy policies.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Creative Input Retention

The public studio does not add uploaded reference images, generated prompts, or SVG markup to an ArtOmni project library or user history. The selected AI provider still receives the content required to process each request and may retain or log it according to its own account settings and policies. Download or copy any result you want to keep.

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.
