ArtOmni analyzes visual references into editable prompts and generates editable SVG artwork through third-party AI providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Submit images, text, trademarks, or other material that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to use generated SVG markup to introduce scripts, tracking, or other malicious behavior.

Your Content and AI Processing

You retain any rights you hold in the images, prompts, and SVG code you submit. You authorize us to transmit the content required for a request to the selected AI provider solely to operate the requested feature. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs and intended use comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

Generated Results

AI-generated prompts and SVG artwork may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or similar to material generated for others. Review and edit every result before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular commercial use.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
